Account scope and eligibility This release provides a creator account, product-request intake, support and account-holder commission reporting in US dollars. Joining requires no payment, card or inventory purchase. You must reside in the 50 United States or District of Columbia, be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live. You confirm this yourself; the checkbox is not verified identity. Use your own email and accurate information. No product, sample, sale, income or supplier result is guaranteed. 2. Reports and future earning features You may upload the app CSV template or enter your own commission reports. These are user-reported records, not TikTok verification or an earned/available balance. Unknown amounts remain unknown. Do not combine overlapping reports or treat reversals as shopper refunds. Corrections preserve earlier versions and reasons. Do not submit passwords, shopper records, bank details or identity documents in requests or reports. The catalog is currently blank. Approved live TikTok Shop authorization, canonical earnings, referral reward enrollment and real withdrawals are unavailable until their separate requirements pass. A username does not prove TikTok ownership. A recipient draft is preparation only and does not connect an account or authorize a payment. These account terms do not accept the proposed referral/withdrawal program or make future terms effective. A later earning program requires its own exact terms, eligibility and approval. 3. Account use and security Keep your email and sign-in codes private. Use only information and links you are entitled to submit; do not impersonate others, falsify reports or abuse access. We may restrict an account to investigate abuse, protect records or comply with obligations. Ordinary creator access uses verified email; an existing authenticator remains required when enabled. Sensitive owner/financial actions retain separate verification and review. Email delivery and service availability are not guaranteed. 4. Support, closure and changes The owner aims to answer support within two business days. Contact support to dispute a report, ask about records or request closure. A closure request is reviewed; it does not erase immutable report revisions, acceptance, security, suppression or other records needed for existing obligations. There is no automatic purge or complete managed-service recovery promise. We identify material changes by version and obtain further acceptance when needed. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Information and purposes We use your email, confirmed account/session identifiers, required account-term and eligibility declarations, product-request links and optional details you choose, support messages, and your submitted reports to provide and secure the account/reporting service. Reports retain source labels, request/content hashes, times, immutable revisions and correction reasons. Do not include credentials, shopper data, banking logins or identity documents. Optional product/marketing messages require a separate choice; account/security messages are distinct. 2. Service providers and security Our current service uses Netlify hosting, Supabase authentication/database, Resend email, Upstash challenge/rate controls and Cloudflare Turnstile abuse protection. Support mail is forwarded by ImprovMX to the operator’s Google/Gmail support mailbox; replies use the existing restricted Resend SMTP service. These providers process account or support information needed for their functions. Processing locations and vendor terms can differ; we do not promise all processing stays in one region. We use necessary protected session/challenge cookies, bounded access, encryption and reviewed controls. Rate-limit identifiers may be keyed hashes; a hash is not automatically anonymous. No system can guarantee that every incident is impossible. Signup does not activate TikTok, Shopify, optional image uploads, money transfers or a new analytics service. 3. Retention and requests We keep account/report information while needed for the account and the purposes described, and retain necessary financial, dispute, acceptance, security, delivery-suppression and immutable operational evidence while the applicable obligation or hold remains. Storage limits are not retention periods. There is no automatic report-history purge or promise that closing an account erases all copies. Backups and provider-held records have their own recovery/disposition limits. We review requests rather than inventing a deletion date. Ask support to access, correct, export or close your account and explain the request. We verify identity and protect other people's information, credentials and security controls. The existing automated account download does not include every new report or recipient-draft record; ask for a separately verified fuller response. You can correct a report with a new revision; the old revision remains. We do not claim a complete automated privacy response. 4. Choices and later features No payment is required to join. Future provider connections require their actual permissions. Future earning or payment features require their own eligibility, terms and privacy review. We will not treat this account acceptance as consent to optional marketing or future financial enrollment. Material new uses require review and notice/choice where required.
